This is a Catholic Mass service. What if I'm not Catholic?
As a non-Catholic visitor, you can do as much as Catholics do in the pews with the exception of receiving Holy Communion, which is reserved for Catholics. If you wish, you can participate in reflective prayers and in the gestures (make the sign of the cross, kneel, stand, etc) to the extent you feel comfortable doing so. Sitting quietly with your own prayer and reflection is absolutely welcome too.
We are continuing to gather interest for an virtual prayer meet-up in Winter/Spring 2026!
